This machine is used for top and bottom sealing of carton (secondary) boxes using BOPP tapes.

Taping is the application of an adhesive tape on, for example, a box or other surface. In the packaging industry, tape is often usedto close something, 

in most cases a box or package. In addition, tape is also used to bundle products, to mark, to communicate a message or to prevent theft.

The ultimate goal of taping is to store and/or send your products without damage, so that they end up in perfect condition withyour customer. 

Packaging tape or tape can be applied manually,

with a table dispenser or with a box closer.

Machine with manual entry

The CT 12 TS is a semi-automatic taper suitable for PP or PVC tape from 48 mm to 72 mm. 

After filling the box, the operator folds the flaps, closes the box and feeds 

the box manually into the machine. The bottom and top are then 

automatically sealed with tape.

The machine can easily be adjusted manually to the required width and 

height. The boxes are transported by motorized side conveyor belts, so 

that the boxes are perfectly aligned and a 

good seal is guaranteed.

With the CT 12 TS it is possible to professionally close hundreds of 

packages per day.

The UPA-CH-501  is a fully automatic carton sealing machine with top flap folding, It can automatically fold carton top flaps and seal them.

It has the option of making adjustments for sealing different carton width and height. The side belt drive pushes the cartons/packages forward and hence the machine can be used in combination with a packaging line.

The machine automatically adapts to different box sizes, folds the top flaps of the box and simultaneously seals the top and bottom flaps. The filled boxes usually come from a motorized conveyor belt with the bottom flaps folded and the top flaps open. The boxes are transported by means of motorized side conveyors to guarantee a perfect seal.

The UPA-CH-101 is an automatic carton box sealing machine. It can package cartons, cases with plastic and wood packages.

It has a feature to adjust for different carton widths and heights, the top and side belt drives move the package forward through the machine while the operator folds the flaps and pushes the carton to the belt area. Moving forward, the taping head seals the top and bottom of the carton box.
